AutoDraw
Online art tool. One of the tools is "AutoDraw" that guesses what you're drawing and allows you to replace it with clip art.
Paper Snowflake Maker
Make your own paper snowflake.
Picrew
Lots of dollmakers. Easy to make your own profile picture. You might have to search for a while if you have a dark skin tone or uncommon features. Some people online have compiled lists of picrews that are more inclusive.
PicMix
Like Blingee. Allows you to make silly gifs. Has a lot of flashing images.

Easily make an image into instructions for map art in Minecraft.
3d text 2 gif (Flashing Images)
Maker for funny 3d text gifs. Website unfortunately has intense flashing lights in at least one place (not sure if it has any more, I didn't look further).
Weave Silk
Make very pretty abstract thinggies. Remember to have fun with the settings.

Comes with Mac, I think. It can be used for making music. I haven’t really tried paid music programs.

Useful for editing audio.
